Exminster's Daily Mail team managed a fantastic win against Burnham and Berrow and now progress to the last 128 from a starting line up of 3000. Captain Matt Sail said that It is a very exciting time for the Club at Exminster and we were praised by the Burnham team for their hospitality and condition of the course.
The Exminster ladies A team continued the winning streak by beating Westonbirt B, 2 1/2 - 1/2 in the second round of the National Nines. Sue Jackson finished 1 up on the 18th, Trish Wallis halved her match and Sue Bond won 3 & 1.
They will play the winners of Exminster B and Westonbirt A in in the third round.
